Play Fast Athletic Combination Training ProgramsElite Training ProgramThis package is the identical training program PFA performs for their professional athletes. We are now offering it to Collegiate, High School, and Junior High athletes. The one requirement is the athlete has to be 14 years and above. The Elite program will include Speed Training, Strength Training, Skill Training and Conditioning every week. This program is designed to run 4-5 days a week and meets for 2.5 to 3 hours a day. The Elite Training Program is primarily only offered in the months of June and July. However, PFA does hold spots open from January 1 through June every year. The minimum requirement is an 8 week commitment. Athletic Enhancement Training ProgramThis program combines Speed Training with Skill Training, offering the best speed and movement training program in the world. PFA offers this program in hopes of enhancing not only the speed of an athlete, but the speed of every movement the athletes makes on their playing surface. The program meets 4 days a week from 1 to 1.5 hours a day. The minimum requirement is a 6 week commitment. Strength Training ProgramThis program is designed to enhance body structure and joint integrity. PFA does not advise athletes to only lift. The speed of movement is of utmost importance also. However, if an athletes’ only desire is to get stronger then we will be happy to comply. No minimum requirement. Call for available training times. |
