An athletes desire is to become the best. If they wish to obtain their goal they must dedicate time, energy, and discipline to their training. The commitment an athlete makes to their training is without comparison. An athlete should expect the same from their trainer. If they want to train extreme then their trainer should be supreme. Doug Hix has a proven record for preparing athletes to achieve their highest performance possible. He has been training professional athletes since 1997. A graduate of Pittsburg State University in Kansas, he became a three time All-American as a sprinter in track, and a record holding football player as a wide receiver. During his final two years at Pittsburg State, he spent much of his spare time using himself as a training model as well as preparing players for the NFL. This provided him with a head start on the performance enhancement profession. Hix tells his athletes anything you do, I have already done, so I know what you are experiencing. Since then he has trained players from the NBA, NFL, MLB & NCAA. His players include over 70 drafted athletes, numerous NCAA All-Americans, a Pac-10 player of the year, a Heisman trophy winner and runner-up, and Olympians. |
